1. I would like to know about ESIC applicability for the Hospital industry where more than 20 Employees are working.
2. Is it mandatory for a private limited company engaged in Daycare Health Setup (Employing more than 20 employees) to cover its employees under ESIC?
3. Do the company has a choice to obtain ESIC Code for particular states where it's found necessary for the employee working in that state for a company operating PAN India?

Answer is no. The requirement is to arrange for First Aid and emergency treatment. The employee will be referred to nearby ESI Hospital or ESI Doctor for necessary treatment. As it is hospital industry, there should not be any issue for above arrangement.
