In Mumbai the space has become very costly and considering the space constraint one of the Idea has struck to me about shift time. Shift could be from 06.00 to 15.00 and 1500 to 24.00. So that the same space can be utilised for 2 employees.
Though this has been practiced in call centres, but for corporate office as well it can be considered. The shift time can be reduced by half an hour considering the travel issues and availability of public transport. Request your views about the feasibility for the same as well as viability.
