Dear All My name is Santosh my company director had telephoned me on and told me that you dont attend the office from tomorrow onwards i.e from 7.2.2.19 without any termination letter and after few days they send a letter dated 20.2.2.19 sub termination of your services with immediate effect and in it they have mentioned that "Due to unfavourable market conditions for the products of the Group, it has become necessary for the Management to reduce operational expenses, with one month notice pay in lieu of one month notice pay". Sir I had been working in that company for last 12 years 4 months now IIND month had passed I have not recd any dues inspite of continous reminder to our Director through phone and email. Suggest me what to do and how much month salary I am liable.
