The leave policy is much higher than Statutory leave provisions under Factories Act or S & E Act. I have never come across such leave policy with any liberal organizations ( MNCs or big Indian house ).
There is no harm to provide better leave rule than Statute. But how the organization will prepare the man power planning considering the leave cover and off cover.
