ESI:
You need to enter the attendance days and total salary earned online. ESI contribution (both employee as well as employee contribution) will be generated automatically.
PF:
You need to download ECR file from EPFO website. You can learn the procedure from youtube.
PF Admin charges (A/c no. 2) - 0.5% of PF basic salary or Rs. 500/-, whichever is higher
EDLI charges (A/c no. 21) - 0.5% of PF basic salary
EDLI admin charges (A/c no. 22) - 0.01% of PF basic salary or Rs. 200/-, whichever is higher
