Being Human Resources Representative of the Organisation it is your duty to enlighten the Management about the importance of Employee benefits. Caution them that it might result in reduced morale which will result in high turnover, reduced productivity, lack of attendance, and a negative attitude among employees. Still if the Management is not willing then they need to face consequences.
