Steer well clear of these sorts of scam emails. Delete immediately and do not reply to them, as that just confirms your email is live and you will get tons of scam mail for ever more.

Hi
The message starts with as per telecon, so if you had a discussion with that recruiting agency and you received this mail, then yes i think there is a genuine purpose behind this. It could be fake too, Few things to be ensured before replying to them is. 1. The mail id is prompt (having proper company mail id) 2. The contact details with the address. 3. you can check out in the websearch for fraud recruiting agency released by many govt and non govt agencies.
So with all the above, you can move further with a clear mind!!!!

I get loads of scam emails which talk about telcon's, previous mails etc.
I have never had a phone conversation or email from the people concerned.
It is just another trick, we are all busy people, we do not remember every email, every phone call, every letter etc, etc. The scammers know we are busy, and play on the doubt in our minds.
The OP has not told us conclusively that he had a phone discussion with a recruiter.
There is NO real offer of a job, if you read the email, it says send the CV etc, they are just fishing for personal information, so setting up the OP for identity fraud.
Try asking yourself, how could they offer this guy a job as a doctor when they have never met him, never read his CV, never referenced checked him and his medical qualifications etc, and know nothing whatsoever about him.
To the OP, do you know the name of the hospital? And have you called the HR department of that hospital to verify there is a vacancy for a doctor AND that they have engaged this particular recruiter to fill the position.
I am sorry to be so blunt, but if people are stupid enough to fall for a scam like this, then they deserve all they get.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, read everything carefully, check every piece of information and DON'T DO ANYTHING until you have confirmed 100% the validity of all information. In this particular case, it is so easy to check the validity of the offer.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT THIS SORT OF THING JUST ON FACE VALUE.

John is right. This offer seems to be unsolicited offer. I am getting such mails every day. One of my friends lost around 65k rupees by falling prey to such scamsters. People are greedy and they respond after seeing the huge compensation package offered without realising their worthiness.
