I have a query regarding the statutory bonus payment. Our management team has denied paying Statutory bonus due to lockdown. We are working in a medical devices company. They are already deducting our salary since April 2020 and still, they don't want to give Bonus. Kindly suggest what is to be done to get the Bonus. Can company refuse to give Statutory bonus?
