Dear Kaur,
So many of such circulars were posted by different veterans in this cite earlier. Please search for such links, rather than asking for circulars. Try to prepare your own circular keeping your objective in mind. Probably, during the initial attempts you might have to redo that a couple of times. Thats good. Try yourself. You can win.
Good luck

Kaur, Try to do it yourself, rather than looking into the circulars of other organisations. You could do much better circulars, provided you aim with a clear objective in mind. Good luck Gopan

Circulars/ Memos are information shared by management with employees, so the language needs to portray the culture you have/ would like to have. You need to draft and check with seniors on the message it is portraying. For eg. In BPO/ IT companies, you can use lots of picture/ icons, and use informal fun language. In some companies there is very strong hierarchy and you need to word your mail accordingly.
Apart from this, such mail usually has three parts- Opening line on objective, Second para on what the activity is all about, Lastly how employees can participate, rule etc. Do informally contact with employees on effect of mail and feedback.
