Being a Recruitment Analyst, I would like to know what all data points should we capture, to present in reports?
Apart from general recruitment data points such as no. of joinees & offers and SLA's for closing new requirements, are there any other data points that can be looked at to track our performance (Recruitment process & Recruiters) and to know where do we stand in comparison to other software industries? Hi,
This advice is valid if you are working as a team manager,:
track attrition at hiring, training, and pilot/ production phases.
a good recruiter may hire all that u need but how many of them contribute meaningfully is to be seen.
Raise the entry barriers ie make it real difficult for people to enter, if all BPOs follow then people would think several times before quitting.
This advice is based on COPC guidelines.
