Dear Ram
For Andhra Pradesh Every year before 31st January one must pay the Labour welfare fund for the period from 01 Jan to 31 Dec for the number of workmen engaged by the employer. Employee Share Rs.2/- and employer Share Rs.5/- (Total Rs.7/-) per head per annum.
You must submit the Form F as per AP Labour Welfare Fund Act alongwith a demand draft for the amount and the list of workmen for whom the amount is paid.

Dear Sai Kumarji,
Please clarify me that, what is the wage limit to deduct/remittance the Labour Welfare Fund. I think there is a wage limit that who are getting basic salary Rs. 3500/- and above are not eligible to deduct/remittance the Labour Welfare Fund (Either Managerial grade or Supervisor grade). Presently it is continuing or revised recently? Please let me know the same immediately, because, I have to deduct the contribution in December salaries today only please.
Thanking you,
MSN Raju

Sub- Labour Welafre Fund Act
Mr.Raju the Labour Welfare Fund Act is a State Act and therefore the wage limits and quantum of deductions may differ from state to state. You appear to be located in Raipur, therefore please verify the Labour Fund Act of Chattisgarh state.
