The Factories Act basically focuses on safety.
There are many conditions given in Factories Act, as an industry we have to identify which legal reqquirements are applicable to us.
The requirements after identification are to be evaluated and seen if these are met by the company.
In OHSAS language it is called as evaluation of compliance to legal requirements.
Attached is one such evaluation register format.
