Hi All, Recently i have made claim and it has been rejected bcz of the reason "1) SERVICE HISTORY IS NOT UPDATED
2) CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F NOT ENCLOSED / SIGNED". As the member has worked in only one company and the DOJ and DOE was updated for both EPF and EPF. Please guide me how to process the application.

In case the exployee was a PF member before 1995, you have to mark the `EXIT' entry for EPS at two places, one will be on 16.11.1995 and the second one the actual date of his/her resignation.
