Sir, I am working with a calibration company. Our working hours are from 9.30 to 6. Usually, our engineers work on regular working hours. Sometimes they do night shift and Sunday shift as requested by clients. how to calculate the allowance for this. If a person works one day-night shift in a week means what is his eligible leave.

1. Allow OT / Holiday wages (amounting to double the wages)
2.If left to your choice, allow Compensatory off or credit to leave for eqivalent no.of day(s).
3. Convert it to Incentives as per some slab rate and pay.
