Can anyone provide me a sample of a HR SOP? My company is a newly set up company and i have to draft a basic HR SOP but i don\'t know how to. If someone can send me a copy where i can use that would be great!

I have completed MBA & Present i am working in a telecom sector as a hr executive....
I take DPR & Attendance sheet every day of all employee either they are field or office..i have to calculate average ratio of field employee that how much money we spend on per employee including his salary,Fooding & Lodging.
if we take 350 rs average of per employee every day.............
can any one suggest me........how it'll calculate & how will make format for this!!!!!!!!!!!1
