Sir,
My claim to transfer my PF account TN/MAS/31309/253745 to my current employer's PF account was rejected by RPFO chennai office stating that EPS was not transferred by my previous employer account(PY/BOM/10088/136856) to TN/MAS/31309/253745 for which further PF transfer is suspended. I got this clarification from grievance# RCHEN/E/2015/13666
Then I again raised a grievance with previous employer to confirm the same. The grievance ID was SRBOM/E/2015/06427.
However, as per the comments given against grievance# SRBOM/E/2015/06427
my previous employer has already sent my EPS particulates to RPFO Chennai on 9.1.15. They have also attached copy of annexure K in their reply to me and copied RPFO chennai(dated 1-1-2016).
If EPS particulates already sent then why was my PF transfer was rejected? What should I do now?
