You need to first have both the addresses (Permanent and Temporary) of the candidate (office boys) with their date of birth and fathers name. After the details are noted, you can select any of or both the below ways to take.
1- Local police check: This check will help you to understand if the candidate was arrested at the police station of his area of stay. For this to process you can send your field agent with the candidates consent form and letter of purpose on your letter heads, detailing about the candidate's address and other details.
2- You can also contact city commissioner office, where you need to follow certain formalities of the search and a small fees is applicable to it. This takes 15-30 days to get status.
There are certain few other levels to get more extensive search done.
