Hi, What is the eligibility for a new father to have paternity leave? Number of days. I want a legal answer.

Hi,
There is no law stating to give paternity leave in India. Employees in some central goverment organisations are awarded with paternity leave. The employee is eligibile for Paternity leave after 80 working days.
