Hello Everyone, we are a Chinese based company. Here they haven't given us all the leaves necessary for the employee. They have given one 10 hours leaves per months and no sick leaves.
Moreover No particualar policies which have been followed.Apart from this the company has shifted all the employees all of a sudden from office space to a house.Where they have asked most of them to work from home. And now all of a sudden they say that no need to come from next month. They are not giving a prior notice in anything.Kindly tell me what to do.Its urgent and have no time for letting the truth out. This is a type of mental torture to employees. Can you please tell me what to do.

Mr/Ms, Navyamv,
First you want to check whether the company registered or not, If got registred then what's under your company? its under factories or shops?..You have all offer letter, Company ID card, Last 3 months pay slip with you?,. Everything you have then you can approach labour office for further clarification. Before you check company registerd area circle,, you have to meet that specific circle inspector to get help.. Without having any proof or anything you can't go further.
Thanks & Regards,
