I work in a pvt ltd company .There are 400 employees in that company, and i want to know what should be salary structure of there. also want to know about the annual leave for employees in detail.please help me.

1. What type of company is it??
2. You have to go through the HR policies of the company
3. Strict statutory compliance following in that region is must!!
4. Their are n no. of components depending upon the type of company, however the major components to be considered is:
Basic+ HRA + DA/VDA + transport allowance = Gross per month
Gross per month * 12 = Gross per annum
to be added : PF contriburtion from employer's end
Arrear if any
Ex gratia / anually
To be deduction : PF deduction, labour welfare fund
