There some industry already been in agro base food manufacturing industry in Maharashtra and they have deployed all foreigner employees (Expatriates) in same industry in all department.So my question is to pertaining to that how many foreign employees can be deployed in all department? is there any ratio on same? Is there any percentage of foreign employees deployment on number of indian employees?
Please appraise ASAP.

it is not clear from which country the expats are being employed by you.
However, while issuing Employment visa, the Indian embassy asks for some information from the company in India like how many Indians are working in the company, how many expats are working, etc. to arrive at a decision.
I have worked with Hyundai, a Korean company & have found that Indian Embassy in Korea had restricted no. of employment Visas to 1 per 100 Indians employed. So they gave max of 10 visas to Koreans, as we had declared 1000 Indians being employed by us.
Apart from this, we need to give declaration to the effect that the competence / expertise possessed by these expats are not easily available in India.
