I am running a small scale industry for manufacturing scaffold systems with minimum working capital. I started scaffold hiring business by taking the same from other supplier on my goodwill. At the first step I supplied scaffold material to a private limited construction company on huge quantity. But, on their poor knowledge at site the scaffold was collapsed and two of the workers are died. Now, the hirer is refused to return the material ( It was almost damaged) and asked me to return the advance and collect the material from the site which is faraway from my place. I requested so many times but no use. Finally, he says that "you may do that what you can do". The party who supplied to me is pressing me to pay the cost of the material worth of 25 lackhs. But, my unit it self is not worth wile. At the position, the hirer who has taken from me was claimed the insurence amount.
Please guide us to collect the amount from my hirer taking in to consideration that the court cases will not fruitfull during my life period.
