Sir, We have generated esic challan but could not save the challan no. for esic. as the computer crashed. when we tried to generate new challan the portal says challan is already generated/ please help from where we can retrieve the challan no.

We have taken sub code for Nashik branch 36340109170011102.
While generating the esic challan for jun 2015. We had generated challan for Rs. 48427/-
And further we had made entries supplementary for the same month & supplementary challan of Rs. 3488/-
And now while making payment through E Payment challan link Rs. 51915/- is reflecting,
But out of 51915/- we have already paid 48427/- & only 3488/- balance amount is to be paid.
Please do the needful.
