Hi HR members i am working in a ITES company as HR Executive.Its a start up company having around 30 employees.Please give me some implementations and also give me suggestions how can i track late comers and how can i over come this problem with my employees.

Install Finger Access Machine which will have Both : In & Out Time. Start Mailing them their records for awareness. You can seat and discuss about their reports on one to one basis.

you can also prepare an application within your system in which an employee has to register his in-time once he logs into his machine. this application can be made by freshers with the support of senior ppl or even by students if u provide them internship. result is you get your work done and they do their academic projects.
this is what we have with us. also, when the employee is done with his work for the day, he has to fill his timesheet on daily basis - a record of daily work. this is also within the system. once he submits his timesheet, his out-time is registered automatically in the system.

This is shravan GLN, We can control the late loggins by exposing the Importance and the value of work, and should cheer the employee only the persons you can fullfill the work automatically the late logins will be controled and company will be benficial because Respect and Love with company by employees will give fair results.

Punch Machine is the Best option, you can generate daily punch reports within seconds and for now till you dont hv punch machine you can make the list(Hard Copy) of your company employees and handover to the guard/peon/receptionist whichever is convenient and ask them to note their timing when they enter the office premises and submit it to you on daily basis so that you can track their in time.

Hi all
Though we have installed finger punch machines and taken enough measures to avoid late coming its not helping us, everyday we have employees logging in atleast 10 min late by giving various types of reasons... please do suggest some other ways to avoid late coming.
