What should be the best answer of an interviewee for the question 'why should I hire you'? I am looking for a suitable answer of this question. What should be an impressive answer if you are being interviewed for HR Profile?

This is the best question an interviewer can ask an HR candidate is what I believe, its simply because the interviewer has given the candidate to express his potentials to the fullest.Mark your answer before the interview and consider this as the best opportunity to share the best among the best of your credentials, skillsets, and potentials which you could deliver the employer once recruited.As said every job opportunity in a company is a pain for the employer because he is in search for someone who could cure his pain sooner the possible with the less expense and continue the same for the long time so it is also important that when you answer this question you should know what an employer looks from the position you are been interviewed for and how your skill sets match the same when explained.So the answer to the question does vary from situation to situations .Thank You !!!

Your Confidence, Your Commitment, and the Skill that can bring value to the employer is what the interviewer expects from you to narrate/Display.Usually candidates do not have aim to look for long term accomplishments they just have aim to crack the interview, while by asking such question the interviewer gives you chance to think over long term perspectives and answer.

I am not giving you the answer for your question, but can suggest you that you should analyse your strengths and highlight them in your answer. For example you should mention the quantitative achievement which you have done in your present job at the present company.
By asking thus question the interviewer is mainly trying to see your confidence level as well as how you can present your self.
