Dear friends,

I am in Holland, I am studying HRM. I am doing my research paper. But I am looking for a successful case study in the sense that a successful reward system in terms of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards have retained and motivated excellent R&D workers in Banglore. Since Jobhoppings in Software especially during R&D workers are very common. Can you help me with this?

In my research paper I want to explore whether the balanced extrinsic and intrinsic rewards can be very successful or significant to retain these R&D knowledge workers. Since the mobility of R&D knowledge workers can bring big risk to Small and Medium software enterprises, for the confidential information could be brought out as well.

some people think jobhopping is the chance or step to develop their career. it is necessary, how do you think that ? Do you think reward system in terms of extrinsic and intrinsic is a good way to retain the excellent R&D workers in software industry?

If you have some good suggestions, please help me! Thank you very much in advance!

Thank you very much!

I am very appreciated if you can give help! :D

I feel that extrinsic or intrisic rewards should not be a factor to be considered for job hoppers. I feel that ungrateful people do jobhopping and they are not happy with themselves. It is not a good for the software industry.
Extrinsic rewards are those that rewards that are given to you by other people whereas intrinsic rewards are the job satisfaction that you receive. How satisfied are you after performing a certain job. I always feel that if one wants to succeed in his/her carreer then they should stick to one company. in turn the company should set out systems and processes that will make work enjoyable and provides satisfaction for its employees for eg empowering employees and motivating them.
:P :D
