Can anyone update me on any training programme going on in the topic " Competency Mapping" nearby....If so kindly inform me...is there any certification course for this topic....is it worth doing a course...will I be equiped enough to implement the competency mapping concept if I attend a programme or do a certif course....kindly advice me on this....
How do I go about to implement the concept in our organisation....I am in a IT company with 75 people working in Offshore projects...

The cost is Rs. 23000/- for the course .
After completion of the course you will get a certification. They are very strict on the assignments and project work. The certification is based on the their evaluation.
