It is really nice idea to take over about, as many companies has the same thing under there retention policy. You can consider of giving them certificate along with some gift / cash / voucher for accomplishment. Also, you can explore other options by felicitation of the employee in your annual celebrations along with special dinner or lunch for those employees along with their families.
