This week I got a sirprisingly differnt assignment from my boss. I am working on the training program for our sales team. I am supposed to design the program as well as deliver it for the sales team. I am very nervous. Actually, sales is not my cup of tea. And this is the first time I am conducting any traing program.
Can anyone help me in conducting the training program by giving some useful tips at
