Hi Satgeorge,
First of all please note that I am NOT an immigration expert.
However, I am also a little confused.
When you returned to the UAE on which Visa did you enter?
Is it the one you now wish to cancel, in which case you will automatically be classed as an illegal; which has serious consequences.
If on the other hand you entered on a fresh Visa, then you have no issue; as I assume that you have a copy of the letter of resignation, which you can show to the authorities, is so required.
If the former is true then you should leave the country immediately.
In any case you should seek the advice of a UAE immigration specialist.
