You have not mentioned the topic of HR workshop. If it is a general, suggest to cover the following -
1. Objectives of HR dept in general (Not explaining the HR Manual)
2. HR strategies you have planned /are working on for present and future
3. Challenges being faced by HR e.g. discipline, recruitment, attendance (without sounding negative) learning etc. seeking employees' cooperation
5. End it with a short motivational video
Keep it simple and understandable.
