I am Sonali. working in Hospital industry. I have query about Doctors Payment. In our hospital We have appointed doctor for full time basis on payroll. His monthly ctc is 3 L. My question is How to Prepare his salary?
Salary Head like Basic, DA , HRA, Convy.,AGP,NCI, NPA,PG Allow. ( Earning ) .
Deduction - P.F ,P.T, TDS. As per my opinion we have to make salary structure % wise.
Kindly help me out Please.
