The link which you provided is useful no doubt about it, but my question is do you have any format of agreement which can describe that employee is not entitled for any tenancy right and its a part of his employemnt benefits, as soon as he resign or leave the organisation he has to vacate that housing accomodation provided by the employer.

According to The Rent Control Act........ there is an amendment......... A tenant does not have any tenancy rights.......If he get the rented premises after an earthquake. this notification came on 28/10/2001.......... and it will continue for next 10 years from the issue of it.........
So in conclusion..... If u are giving ur premises to anybody after 2001...... the tenant will not get any tenancy right...........and as far as formate is concern I have it in Gujarati......... so If u want the copy just send me ur postal address......through Private Massage.......So I can send it to you..........
