Prabakar Kamath is involved in Human Resource profession since 1977 handling range of HRD activities, Employee Engagement Processes, OD & Training, HR Systems formulation, HRIS and Labour laws. He is an excellent facilitator backed by deep conceptual and practical knowledge gained from the industry over 33+ years of work experience in HR function - and is familiar with emerging concepts and tools.
He has been a partner in facilitating Change interventions for various corporations in India and abroad since 1998. He has also authored a book titled Competency Based Interviewing Skills.
