Interesting slides. Couple of observation in the modern world leadership is about more than influence. To quote Joel barker ' a leader is one whom you chose to follow to a place, which otherwise you would not have made it on your own' - leadership is about - inspiring, trust, empathy, vision, shared values, shared culture, etc. We need to move beyond the element of transaction modes. In the modern world, transaction cannot happen without transformation or moral leadership.
Nice to see names of some most admired Indian Leaders. Despite Munna bhai - Gandhi doesn't seem to appear. (yeah I know, you were talking about business leaders).
Good show.

Interesting way to put things on this topic....but I have a clarification...in Slide no.23...the heading is "An Effective Leader" but where as the the bullet points seems to be not related to the quality of a leader, like...Does not listen, fails to delegate.."...
Guess the heading should be Ineffective leader..??
