Try MBA correspondence from Pondicherry University or PGSEM(need to write CAT) from IIM Bangalore.
Other Option is Satellite Education Course from XLRI(check for eligibility criteria with reference to Experience)

Hi ,
To do MBA there is no need to have a mgmt background and also the work ex doesn't matter vice-versa it is an edge for further studies. I'm from Pune and do not have any idea about the institutes in TN . But if you are ready to relocate then there are ample of good B-school in pune or else you can also find institutes in banglore which is feasible.

Even Iam trying for the same,But first you need to get the score try exams like xat,snap,gmat cat dates are done.
Then next question if you want to do right now or you want to go executive mba, (1 year is still considered as fresher for screening.) for that u need to have 2-3 yrs exp more.
what i can suggest is if u r trying to quit ur job and do mba right now, try applying for
mat(easier)
xat
snap
gmat
get the score and u can give up ur mba and college u choose , still again depends on which stream u choose
