I would like to know if somebody has any knowledge about bharat matrimony.I have been offered a role of Assistant manager Training there with a gud package but i am not sure whether it is a gud place to work with .M really confused.Currently m working as Sr process trainer in BPO.

First you need to set your priorities and objective in life. And then you need to ask questions to yourself before jumping on to any conclusion.
I suggest you to join there. You've gud reasons to do so, if you analyze it carefully.
a) you are in BPO. You may not earn gud experience as a trainer being in BPO. You may not even get a chance to grow yourself.
b) You are a process trainer. You may be restricted to the same pattern / syllabus course for months. And as a trainer you need to expand your wings.
c) You are getting a chance as AM - training. You are getting growth in terms of designation and job profile. And I am sure in terms of remunerations too.
d) You are opening a new door. You are getting a chance to experience a whole new world of working (BPO's work style is entirely different from any corporate body). I can say this for I've worked in both the environment.
However, it's you who has to decide. So, take decisions after pondering over all the points.
