Hi Members,
We have elections in Pune on the 23rd of April. Wanted to know what norms are the companies following with respect to leave.
1. Have the companies declared it an official day off so that employees can vote
2. Have they provided time-off facility to their employees to vote and come back to work
3. If someone wants to go and vote in a constituency outside Pune on the same day, would that be considered as a leave or an off?
Kindly let me have your suggestions!
