"HR Audit" is the one topic which is in hot plate & would take over the HR valley within next 2 years of time.
And this is a topic where in we can attempt to find out in a systematically and scientific manner as to what are the newer aspects in HR Audit.
With my perspective Research should contribute some thing new to the socity, not just old topics to be revamped & presented.
