hi Dhinakaran,
There are so many different interview patterns and varieties of question, but all will make sense only if it matches your business requirement.
What you as a business owner want this sales guys to do for you; is your interview question. There are millions of articles you will find on internet on this subject for interviewee and interviewer. So, spend sometime reading them.
At the end of day, what candidate we need for our business is "That perfect candidate who fits in neatly to our culture, business requirements and budget" and for whom we have opportunity for growth as well.
And who can best answer these question, ofcourse "ME" the "Business Owner". So, I must ask myself, what kind of candidate I need for my business and have them as my interview questions.
One thumb rule, you must have the "Same question asked" to all candidates so you can drill down to conclusion.
Hope its helpful.

Hi Ukmitra,
Thank you so much for your prompt answer.
I have an idea on how to recruit the people based on my business needs and also I have referred so many articles on internet.
Since we do not have any HR people in our company, i need some soft copy of interview Q&A (For ex: Aptitude test, Verbal test, etc) to evaluate the person in a effective manner for BDM position. I have found some of them are good in oral but not good in verbal, analytical skills, etc.
To identify the right person for the right position, I want to give some written test to evaluate their performance in both oral and written.
Please advice on this.

Good Point Dhinakaran,
Infact you have answered your requirement and i guess you just need the source to fill the gap. I would strongly recommend to read following
http://www.siop.org/workplace/employ...testtypes.aspx
There are so many companies in India, who would provide you the software or content with analytic reports on case basis or proprietor basis. Just search the website and you will be so many options.
Good Luck.

Hi All,
In Hiring, Is there any IQ or technical test for Project Manager and Business Development Executive? Because at some cases couldn't able identify the right candidate. Some will clear both written and oral tests, but they are not fit for the organisation. Some will fit for the organisation but they won't clear the tests. Will you guys suggest some of your experience?
