Hi, You need to follow leave rules based on the Act your organization is governed by. If your office come under the purview of Shops and Establishment Act then you need to follow leave rules as per Shops and Establishment Act of your State. Else if your employer is a Manufacturer, then you need to follow leave rules as applicable under Factories Act. But in both cases total employee count should be 10 and above.
