Respected Sir/Mam,
I am working as a Sr. consultant in a Noida based small company. This company has a US based client so every employee, who is working for that client, they have to give support at night also. As per offer letter, they never wrote anything about leaves, holidays and shift timing. Sometime they schedule the meetings at night 2:00 AM as per US timing.
2. After successfully completion of project (Delivered to US client), they forced me to resign. I had given resign on 15 Nov. I am serving my notice period. Daily, they are torching me to leave on 22 Dec. But I denied, I said, you have to pay me rest days till 14 Jan. Still, I don't have any offer. They are not giving the time for job search. From 22 dec, the client has stopped the billing of mine. So now I am useless for him.
3. I am serving notice period only 12 working days left till 14 Jan, 2018. Now, They are forcing me, to work for another client. The client location is XYZ. I have to travel from ABC to XYZ. The project and the technology, I don't know anything about this technology. They are saying Now, from 26 dec to 14 jan, salary will be calculated by your performance and strict time basis. When I don't know about technology, definitely I will be fail. and they will not pay me any penny after 22 dec.
Please show me the way. I don't have any job, and they are not giving me the time to think about my next job.
