My wife joined BPO company before marriage.maiden name is registered at PF office. During this job she got married. Marriage certificate submitted to company. But company failed to change name at PF office. She left job after 3 years. Now she wants to withdraw PF. Will existing name (maiden) at PF office will be a problem? What is the procedure?

If you have bank account with old name, then no problem, Just fill up the PF Withdrawal form No.19 & 10-C from Company with your old name, old signature and Old name Bank A/c xerox copy.
Secondly, if you have bank account with new name, then fill up the PF Withdrawal forms with New Name along with attested Marriage certificate xerox copy & submit it in PF Office thru' your previous employer.
