Can anyone help me out with the Incentive plan for employees to increase attendance? I mean, we want to encourage our people not to take too many leaves as we have many projects going on. Minimum 20 working days is our requirement and good to have if more than 20 days. At the same time, we don't want to create a negative environment hence need to introduce an attractive incentive plan.

@Babu Alexander, the above link is not really helpful in my case as we are an IT Company and also employees have leave balance. However, at the moment, we have many running projects and hence, want to encourage employees not to take leaves by offering an attractive incentive plan.
Thanks!

Incentives are not the answer.
Your first job is to find out what is causing the absenteeism, then work out appropriate strategies to reduce it. Of course the inquiry might throw up reasons management don't want to hear - and therein lies your problem. Nothing will fix the problem of a toxic workplace no-one wants to work in.

Preeti, Babu's post is to give you an idea that these topic have been discussed repeatedly and you will be able to find some of the answers if you search for them. They may not be exactly matching your requirements but obviously you need to pick up pointers from them
You are expecting someone to make an incentive plan, but you have provided no details of your organisation or the background or what you have already tried or considered, then how do you expect a tailored answer?
If you need a tailored plan, I think you should hire a consultant to do it
