Hello, I am working as an Administration executive in an IT Company. We are working from home since March. I am happy to say that I am receiving full salary though we are fully not productive. And the company got good projects during this time and loaded with full work. Our company has come up with a plan, resources those who are having less work during WFH selected them and formed a team. This selected team worked for the testing & documentation part for 2 months.
After 2 months the workload has come down & we are now not assigned with any work. And again all are back with their normal core work which is very less. As I am an administration executive my work deals with travel & accommodation, office management, etc., which is completely down now. Now my concern is that when I don,t have much work at home. And now we are asked to set performance goals and now I am not clear what to write during this WFH situation. Can someone help with tips, please.
