Yes, an existing member of EPF should continue his membership even if his PF qualifying salary exceeds Rs 15000 either in the same organisation or while joining a new establishment.

When candidate left the current company and join another company, if your basic is less then Rs.15000/- in new company then it is mandatory to deduct PF but if his it is not mandatory to deduct PF in new company if your basic amount is higher then Rs.15000/- But if you want to deduct, you can request to present company to count PF contribution in CTC and both part of PF will be deducted from your salary.

Dear Sanjay Tiwari, where did you get this information? If you do not know the law then never advise like this. An existing member of PF while joining a new establishment should be given coverage even if his PF qualifying salary is more than Rs 15000. That is why we are collecting form 11 in which the employee joining will declare whether he is an existing member of PF or not and if Yes, what is his UAN etc. If, on the other hand, if he declares that he is not an existing member of PF, then you can take a call whether to cover him or not if his salary exceeds Rs 15000. Hope it is clear for you.
