Hello all,I have worked for 8 months in one organization where the pf was deducted.Currentely i'm working with another organization & no pf is deducted till six months.Can i withdraw my Pf which was deducted by my previous employer?Pls guide

If in your current organization PF facility is not available, so it means you can't transfer your PF amount in to the same.
So, I advise you that, just apply for the PF withdrawal, that is better.

dear you approach to your previous office with form 19 and 10 c of PF for withdrawll. prevous employer will fill up that form and hand over to u than u deposit in PF office. tks js malik

One of my friend was working for a reputed organisation for 2yrs and she left the job 12 months ago.. she didnt claim the PF yet. Is there any max time limit for claiming withdrawal of the PF amount ?

Dear Madam,
This has reference to the above subject,you can withdrawl your accumalations after completion of 60 days grace period from the date of resignation. you can submit Form 19 & 10C at the respective office to withdrawl the amount which is lying in your account from PF Department.PF Department will directly credit the amount to your Saving Bank Account with in 30 days from the date of submission of Claim forms.

How long does it take for transference of PF account from one state to another after applying?. Is there any site address or email address from where to have a track of the ongoing process. Moreover how to know once the transference has taken place?
