I have done MBA in HR from Mumbai University and worked in recruitment and HR in Mumbai for a while. I would now like to switch career and become a psychologist. Is it possible to pursue a masters degree in Psychology from Mumbai. Also are there institutes that offer part time or online courses for the same. What would be the shortest course to achieve the same.

Dear friend,
It is not a question of acquiring degree or doing some course on psychology. You also need to be clear what after acquirement of the certificate. How many companies employ psychologist in HR department? What are the chance of career growth?
Talk to HR and many will tell you that they get step-brotherly treatment. While many may pretend that they like to deal with people but then scratch little and you will find their frustration. Please do not ignore this fact!
Thanks,
