I belive astrology in the place of where you don,t have anything and you only depends the movements of planets. it is completely uncertain future predications.

Hr is completely different thing which is contributing now days for fast track business grows, it is bold understanding towards related to work ,work force, motivation, morale and job satisfactions with in the organization.

Please do not compare both these, but if you are in good in astrology it will be help you out regarding the face reading of candidates.

It is observed that based on the Zodiac Sign , one can easily predict the type of nature and the other attitude towards work, honesty etc ...provided the correct name as per the Zodiac sign is given.
It helps HR dept. to judge some how in selection as well as doing performance appraisal.
However, all above can not be a 100% base but can be useful as a guiding tool.

I would suggest to learn "Basic Astronomy" which you might have learnt in 4-5th standard and forgotten.
Then only you will realize the scientific knowledge about Origin of Universe, mankind, religion, stars and its so -called effects.
