I am a certified graphologist and have been using Graphology as a tool for recruitment of High profile candidates and also for Critical positions
I just want to initiate a discusiion , to know how far if , you have used it, have used it successfully.
Is anybody using this tool for selection.
Are there any companies using this interesting tool.
Well its a good indicator, and just one of the tools.

Thanks for showing interest in this topic.
Graphology is a science of understanding Handwriting. Its about understanding Human behaviour and traits using handwriting and Signature.
The candidate is asked to fill up some forms and also asked to write on 3 blank sheets and then the Handwriting analysis is done.
Its an amazing science and it helps to filter a lot of candidates.
Infact i strongly use this tool to recruit my team members atleast if i am unable to use it for other candidates.

i heard that it can be used for selecting a candidate.i don't know the subject of it.
i feel its the best process that will help us once v know the theory as well practically how to study a person using it.
i would like you to come up with some material relating that d tips how to study person using it etc.

Its really a good topic initiated by Raj.

Okay let me convey about Graphology :----

Its a ability to understand individual personality, Behaviour Patterns on the basis of Handwriting. I have seen people using this as a tool in Recruitment. But this is generallly used in the cases where Recruitment

is to be done for very selective posiitons Like on Senior level, May be , where Persona will make a more difference than a Role play. I

In Mass hiring it is not as such considered.

There are other techniques also which tells about the personlaity like,

Personality tests, Problem solving ability-Case studies, Comments of Present Leaderes--Eg politician;Actors, Behavour explanation on the basis of DOB Or sunshine.

These things require a skill & this is subject to personal understanding of this feild as well.

Would say being a HR AND have Done a good amount of Recruitment , I always tried to rely on Data provided , Interview & other techniques. yaah i do feel this Art also adds a lot in Recruitmet.

Ya! After reading about Graphology I feel its very useful for assessing a person basing on his writing. This helps us in filtering the candidates at first round itself. But the person who following the process graphology should have complete knowledge on this, by learning in a short time will give adverse effects, i think.

I TOO AM CERTIFIED GRAPHOLOGY, I FEEL THAT THE SAME CAN BE USED AS VERY EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR RECRUITMENT.
I BY ANALYZING MY FRIENDS HANDWRITING HAD COME TO KNOW HIS SUICIDAL TENDENCY, I SAVED HIM ONCE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN'T SAVE HIM SECOND TIME, SO I KNOW HOW POWERFUL IT IS AS TOOL FOR ANALYSIS

Dear Sir,
It is seems to be very few HR people are using this tool for recruitment.
Any way, I feel that this can be tried by all HR at the time of recruitment for all executive positions.
Meanwhile please share some information on how to get certified in this science or art and books available on this topic to proceed further.

Just to add, this science just cannot be mastered , as doing a course.
Its like a passion. As a behaviour analyst, as i analyse behavior of people, by talking to them and observing their body language, sometimes using NLP. Graphology also has become a part of the analysis and a passion for me.
I use graphology, in many spheres of my life, and it becomes very easy, if you are using it daily in your life, So you keep on learning daily.
Infact my life has changed because of changing my signature ( it changed subconsiously, without me knowing about it !!!!!!!).
Your Signature is Your Identity To The Cosmic. We make it complex thinking that people would copy it.!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of myths associated with it.
Well let me know if you want me to conduct these workshops in your companies or cities.
